Since three generations..
we have been olive oil traders. In 1950 our grandfather Michele Pistillo began to work as a sludge collector and then as a trader. This is what we continue doing today, as his heirs. With love and passion, we devote our life to carry on the ancient tradition of our family: planting olive tree groves, collecting olives, botting and trading extra virgin olive oil.

Andria is member of the “Associazione nazionale città dell'olio” (national association of the olive oil cities). Andria is known as the city of the three bell towers because of the presence of three huge bell towers; it is also known as the Federician city due to the link between Andria and Frederick II of Swabia. Castel del Monte is the symbol of the city; it is situated on a slope outside the city in the Alta Murgia National Park, a world heritage site declared by UNESCO.
With 24 olive-presses Andria represents one of the main centres for the olive oil production at national level, producing more than 14 thousand tons of olive oil, 4% of the national amount. Andria is famous for its burrata created in the early 20th century and for its traditional confetti.
